Redemption Rules and Reload Restrictions

Sportsbook Free-Play Rewards can only be used for Sportsbook wagering.

Free-Play Rewards may be used for straight wagers, parlays and teasers.

Free-Play Rewards earned after deposits and Sportsbook transfers are only valid if the amount deposited remains active in the account for 30 days.  Redeeming a balance below the deposit(s) amount before the 30 day period will result in any used Free-Play funds being deducted as cash.

All Free-Play Rewards are paid out in increments according to the Sportsbook activity registered.

Free-Play Rewards for New Accounts will be credited in 10% increments based on the amount wagered in the Sportsbook.  For every one time rollover of your deposit amount, 10% of your reward will become available automatically.  Wager one time the deposit amount and 10% of the Reward will become available, once you have wagered your deposit amount twice, another 10% of the Reward becomes available and so on, by the time you have rolled over your deposit ten times, the last 10% of your reward will become awarded.

Example:

Bob makes an initial deposit of $200 & requests for the 50% Plus Reward to be applied to his account. He would get 10 bonuses applied to his account of $10 each. Every time Bob plays $200 in the Sportsbook, $10 will be automatically awarded to his Free-Play Balance. Bob will be required to play $2000 in the Sportsbook to receive the totality of his $100 reward.

Free-Play Rewards for Reloads will be credited in increments of 20% based on the amount wagered in the Sportsbook, that is 5 increments of 20%.  Wager one time the deposit amount and 20% of the Reward will become available.  Once you have wagered your deposit amount twice another 20% of the Reward will become available and so on that, by the time you have rolled over your deposit five times, the last 20% of your Reward will become awarded. 

You can keep track of the rollover you have accomplished!  Just login to your 5Dimes account, click on "Account" and select "Rewards" from the drop down menu, there you will see the status of each of your Free Play Rewards.  Each Reward will not be available until the account has met the wagering requirements to qualify for it.

Wagers in the Casinos, Racebook, Lottery, and Poker Rooms do not count towards Free-Play Rewards rollover.

Rollover amounts for each wager are based on the lesser amount of risk or win in each selection.

Customers from North America must complete at least a ONE time rollover of the deposited amount in order to qualify for a pay out to be processed without incurring a penalty fee.  If the requirements are not fulfilled, the account will not qualify for a free redemption.

Customers from outside of North America are required to rollover their deposit amount TWICE (plus cash back rewards if requested) before qualifying for a redemption to be processed without incurring in an administrative fee.  Net winnings may be redeemed with no penalty fee.

If credit/debit cards were used to fund your account, you will be required to provide us with scanned copies of your picture ID, both sides of your card and you must fill out an authorization form that will be sent to your email address on file.  Upon the discretion of the Verifications Department, other information may be required.

MatchPlay Rewards can ONLY be earned and used in the MatchPlay Casino.  Play in the Matchplay Casino does not count towards bonuses in any other Casino or the Sportsbook.

Transfers to/from the 5Dimes Poker Room or any other third party vendor, are considered redemptions/deposits for reward application purposes.  If your account has registered transfers with third parties, prior payouts the action will be revised by the corresponding third party in order to ensure legitimacy of the winnings/losses (it can take up to 24 hours).  Chip dumping schemes will always result in all accounts involved being deleted and any profited funds forfeited.

If a customer receives a Reward, then proceeds to lose ALL of the funds deposited and the Reward, the customer will not be required to keep additional deposits in their account for a 30 day period from the point at which the Reward earning deposit was made.  The requirements are considered met when an account balance and Free-Play balance both reach zero.

Redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur a transaction fee only if the method and account are eligible for it.  You are allowed one free withdrawal every 30 days if no payments have been processed during that period.  If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free withdrawal.  Payment methods with a fee of $40 or less will get processed free of charge if eligible.  If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help.  You may also call 1-800-430-5896.  Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.

Once a redemption is placed, account Rewards will only be eligible on deposited funds which exceed the redemption amount(s).

Without prior approval, only deposits which do not bring a balance+pending above $2000 will qualify for an existing customer reward from customers inside of North America.

Without prior approval, only deposits which do not bring a balance+pending above $250 will qualify for an existing customer reward from customers outside of North America.

Bonus-hunters are not welcome at 5Dimes Sportsbook and Casino.

Management reserves the right to confiscate the Reward of any player(s) deemed to be taking advantage of our program.  This will only be applicable when the deposited funds, which have earned a Reward, are redeemed.

All New Account and Reload Rewards are manually approved and entered into the system by the customer service department.  You must contact 5Dimes via Live Help, e-mail or over the phone to have your Reward entered.
